In the Nike Retail Platforms team, we were responsible for rolling out the digital application ‘Assist’ to 33 Nike owned stores in 6 European countries in a period of 3 months. The app builds a bridge between Online and In-store Retail and enhance the consumer experience.
Sarah’s role as Project manager included responsibility for setting up, manage and execute the project plan. It required great stakeholder management, of both internal partners (Retail Operations Team, Store Planning, Nike owned stores, Technical & IT Team) and external parties (POS, Payment System, Hardware provider, Power & Data).
